Accreditation to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing services. It also demonstrates that the firm follows best practice, meets the required standards of technical expertise and client service and can satisfy regulators, lenders and insurers. Obtaining CQS accreditation helps to provide access to the lender community and demonstrates an ability to provide residential conveyancing advice of the high level expected by clients, lenders and the wider residential conveyancing community.
Resolution is a membership organisation for family justice professionals in England and Wales promoting a non-confrontational approach, which results in better outcomes for families and children.
Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme recognises members who demonstrate excellence in the practice of family law and in their specific areas of expertise. The accreditation is a mark of excellence in practice, recognised by the public, members, the judiciary and the Legal Aid Agency. Our Victoria Clarke is accredited as a Resolution Specialist.
This accreditation is granted to Family Lawyers who have completed a course with Resolution that explains the collaborative process, shows how it works and provides the opportunity to gain and enhance the skills needed to be an accomplished collaborative practitioner. This accreditation is granted to Family Lawyers who are mediator members with Resolution having completed Mediation Foundation training that is fully approved by the Family Mediation Standard Board. The Association of Costs Lawyers is the representative body for Costs Lawyers – regulated legal professionals who specialise in the law relating to legal costs. The Association of Costs Lawyers ensures the high standards of Costs Lawyers through its independent regulator, the Costs Lawyer Standards Board (CLSB). We have over 10 qualified Costs Lawyers in our Legal Costs team.
