Alina qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and specialises in Residential Property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lifetime mortgages (Equity Release), privately negotiated lease extensions and auction sales and purchases.

A native speaker of Russian and a fluent speaker of Romanian, Alina has assisted a number of international clients on various transactions, including dealing with high value properties.

Alina has a background in classical music. Having spent several years touring internationally prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, she prides herself on being able to understand diverse cultural backgrounds, and the ability to tailor her services to a specific client’s needs.

Alina’s approach is straightforward and logical, and she provides advice in a plain and accessible language, to ensure that the client has a clear understanding of the transaction and its progress. Each transaction is unique and Alina’s great attention to detail and creative thinking has helped to find solutions for non-standard situations within the conveyancing process.
