Profile

Claudia graduated from the University of Leicester in 2014 with a first class honours degree in Criminology before completing the GDL at BPP and the LPC at Cardiff University in 2016. Claudia secured a training contract with a well known high street property practice in Cardiff and began her career in property in 2016. Claudia was admitted as a Solicitor in 2019. As a newly qualified Solicitor Claudia joined one of South Wales’ largest property firms where she went on to set up her own team.

Throughout her career, Claudia has gained a wealth of experience in selling and buying properties throughout England and Wales and has predominantly focused on properties in England for the last two years.

Claudia was delighted to be nominated as a finalist for the British Conveyancing Awards Practitioner of the Year for her efforts throughout the stamp duty holiday in the recent pandemic.

Claudia is experienced in selling and buying freehold and leasehold properties, new build  purchases, and remortgages.

Claudia prides herself on her attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to find practical solutions for her clients. It is extremely important to Claudia that her clients receive a professional and friendly service so that they feel supported throughout their sale or purchase transaction.

Outside of work Claudia enjoys walks with her mini Dachshund, yoga, cooking and watercolour painting.
