Profile

Guy is an experienced solicitor who specialises in acting for buyers of new build and off plan properties direct from developers. He is well known for an ability to turn transactions around very swiftly and for being super-efficient, responsive and able to explain things to clients simply and in plain English. The very high quality of service he supplies (which includes a reputation for replying to clients at any time of the day) is why he is regularly recommended by developers and their agents. His clients range from first time buyers using the H2B scheme to international investors from around the globe.

Guy qualified in 1999 in The City. He then spent 5 years living and working in Asia, where he ran 2 small businesses, including an English language school and a charming guest house on the banks of the Mekong River. He returned to the UK in 2006 to resume his legal career. He was made a partner and head of the new build team at MW Solicitors in 2012 before leaving to join Child & Child in 2019 to head up their new build department. He joined Elite in the summer of 2021.

In his spare time, Guy still likes to think he can play table tennis to a reasonable standard.
