Laverne has over 9 years of experience in residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, Shared Ownership and Right to Buy.

She has acted for all manner of clients including first time buyers, lenders, retirees and clients selling and buying high value properties in Surrey and the South of England.

Laverne has a degree in Classics from Roehampton University where she obtained an Upper 2:1, Diplomas and Certificates in Property Law from CILEx and is planning on completing the CLC in the coming months.

Laverne enjoys keeping up to date with all aspects of Property Law and has completed numerous professional development courses on various property matters.
