Michelle is a dual qualified solicitor with a passion for Private Client Law. She qualified in South Africa in 1993 and in England and Wales in 2006.

Throughout her career, Michelle has specialised in Private Client Law focusing on various aspects, including trust administration and contentious trust and probate law in South Africa. She joined the firm in October 2021 having recently returned to England from South Africa.

Michelle has experience in non-contentious private client matters, including Wills, Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax advice, Declarations of Trust, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney and wishes to develop her skill set in these areas of Private Client Law.

Michelle has an empathetic and sensitive approach, working with her clients to achieve their desired outcomes and ensuring her clients feel supported and have peace of mind that their affairs are in order.
