Profile

Nino is a qualified private client solicitor, an Affiliate member of the Society and Trusts and Estate Practitioners, and an elected member of the Law Society Council for the Small Law Firms Division. With a previous background in accountancy and financial services, Nino advises on matters including the drafting of Wills and Trusts, inheritance tax and succession planning, and private wealth structuring for high-net-worth individuals, helping clients to plan effective strategies for the long-term stability and integrity of their estates. Nino also advises executors and trustees on post death planning, probate and the administration of estates.

As well as non-contentious matters, Nino advises on contentious probate matters, and has advised on complex issues such as disputes over who has burial rights in relation to a deceased person.

With experience in the care sector, Nino can also assist families and vulnerable adults with mental capacity challenges, advising on matters concerning cognitive function, ranging from minor cerebral challenges to aggressive dementia and general capacity issues. Nino undertakes the drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and has acted for clients in the creation of personal injury and disabled trusts.

Fluent in both English and Italian, in his spare time Nino loves to travel throughout Italy, sampling dishes from different regions and taking in the beautiful Italian scenery. Nino is a diehard Formula One petrol head and follows his beloved Scuderia Ferrari team.
