Working Pattern

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Property Team Support Paralegal to join our growing Residential Conveyancing Team.

This is a unique role designed to provide flexible support across multiple Conveyancers, Fee Earners and Property Teams throughout the firm. Rather than being assigned to a single Fee Earner, you will act as a floating resource, assisting different teams and offices as business needs require. This may include providing support during busy periods, annual leave, sickness absence, recruitment gaps, periods of growth, or where additional conveyancing support is needed across the department.

Working closely with Conveyancers and Fee Earners, you will assist with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion. You will be involved in a wide range of conveyancing matters, ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care, organisation, accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will be confident in adapting to different teams, systems and ways of working, and able to quickly build positive working relationships with colleagues across the business. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes a proactive approach to supporting others.

The position can be based in our Amersham, Leighton Buzzard, Guildford, Surbiton or Milton Keynes office, with support being provided across all locations as required. While occasional travel between offices may be necessary, most support can be delivered remotely through our case management systems, telephone and video conferencing technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing paralegal looking to broaden their experience by working with multiple teams and a variety of residential property matters while playing a key role in supporting the overall success of the Property Department.
