Sarah joined Elite Law Solicitors in 2022 as Client Services Manager and used her customer service skills to good effect building the current team. Sarah was promoted to her new role of Business Development Manager in 2023.

Sarah has over 25 years of customer service experience across a variety of industries and understands the need for both a personal and commercial approach particularly in relation to business development. Her passion is to provide (and ensure) outstanding customer service from both herself and from all staff at Elite Law. Sarah’s continued hard work and can-do attitude is certainly making an impact. Sarah has a positive attitude and is always looking for solutions to any challenges (if they arise). Sarah heads up the firm’s charity committee and is always the first to promote Elite Law.

Sarah’s responsibilities include raising the firm’s brand awareness, managing referrers, organising networking events and assisting with the growth of the company.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys, spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loves playing darts and plays in a mixed league and a ladies’ league. Sarah also enjoys cooking and baking.
