Profile

Stuart has been practicing in litigation and dispute resolution for over a decade and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2012. Stuart was previously a Partner at a top 90 Law Firm where he led a team of litigators undertaking Specialist Commercial and Consumer litigation and managed panel appointments to insurers.

Stuart is also a registered FA Intermediary (Football Agent) acting for both clubs and players. He routinely advises in Sports Law matters including disputes arising within club constitutions in a variety of sports including rugby, hockey, and cricket. Stuart is a member of Law in Sport and the British Association for Sport and Law.

Stuart also advises in Music Law, assisting artists and companies with complex contractual arrangements and resolving disputes.

Stuart is currently the Junior Vice President of the Bristol and Bath Law Society, helping shape the future of the profession in the region.
