Christina Howayek is a Private Client Solicitor based at Elite Law’s Amersham office, advising individuals and families on a wide range of wills, probate, estate planning and lasting power of attorney matters. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018 after studying at the University of Westminster, where she completed her Bachelor of Laws degree and the Legal Practice Course. Before joining Elite Law, Christina built valuable experience at a London firm, where she specialised in both conveyancing and private client work for 10 years.
Christina brings a practical, client-focused approach to private client law, helping clients make informed decisions about protecting their assets, planning for the future and ensuring their wishes are clearly documented. Her background in conveyancing also gives her a strong understanding of property ownership, declarations of trust and the importance of joined-up estate planning advice.
She regularly assists clients with preparing wills, advising on inheritance tax considerations, obtaining grants of probate, administering estates and putting powers of attorney in place. Christina understands that private client matters can often be sensitive or emotionally challenging, and she aims to provide clear, reassuring and straightforward legal advice at every stage.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys reading and visiting new places with her husband and children.
