Kalim is a Residential Property Solicitor based in our Leighton Buzzard office and extends offering his services nationwide, having established strong relationships with Financial Advisors, Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers. He has experience in dealing with a wide variety of matters including Freehold and Leasehold transactions, Auction Sales and Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity and Equity Release.
He understands very well that Property matters can seem overwhelming and a stressful period, often involving navigating an important milestone. He prides himself on his excellent communication skills and always places the interests of his clients at the foundation of providing high quality legal advice and service to ensure the process remains stress free and understandable. He is widely regarded by his clients both present and past, on his ability to overturn matters within short time periods that would appear unachievable but become achievable using his efficiency, which is a testament to the work he delivers.
Prior to qualifying, Kalim joined Elite Law Solicitors in December 2021 as a Paralegal following the completion his Masters in Law and Legal Practice Course, before progressing with the firm and being offered a training contract in 2022.

Outside of work, Kalim has a strong passion for sports and fitness. He is an avid gym enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
