Nisha Gill is a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor based in our Guildford office. She advises clients on a wide range of residential property matters, providing clear, practical and commercially aware guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
Nisha completed the Bar Professional Training Course and remains a member of Gray’s Inn. She later chose to cross-qualify as a Solicitor in 2019, bringing with her a strong legal foundation and a thorough understanding of property transactions. Since 2013, Nisha has gained valuable experience working across high street, regional and national law firms, giving her a broad perspective on the needs of clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals involved in residential property matters.
Nisha can assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. She has particular expertise in acting for overseas buyers, new build purchases, bridging finance transactions and high net worth individuals. Her experience enables her to deal with complex or time-sensitive matters efficiently while keeping clients fully informed at every stage.
