Rebecca Jones qualified in 2015 and joined Elite Law in August 2025 as a Consultant Solicitor. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce and cohabitee separation, financial consequences, injunctions, and children act issues. Rebecca acts for a range of clients, from advising individuals with business and international assets on complex financial settlements, to supporting those in more financially vulnerable positions. Rebecca also advises in children cases involving serious safeguarding concerns.
Rebecca is committed to resolving disputes constructively and, wherever possible, supports clients in reaching amicable agreements. When court proceedings are necessary, Rebecca draws on her extensive experience to guide clients through the process.
Rebecca adopts a calm, strategic and compassionate approach. She understands that family breakdown can be one of the most emotionally challenging times in a client’s life and works closely with each individual to provide clear, pragmatic and robust advice.
Before joining Elite Law, Rebecca was a Partner at a Legal 500 firm working across Kent and Sussex, where she was recognised in the Legal 500 directory. Rebecca is described as “excellent with tricky, vulnerable clients” and, in 2025, as “highly experienced but excellent at advising clients on likely outcomes in emotionally difficult cases.”
