Sefton qualified as a CILEX lawyer in 2023 and has been working in our Dispute Resolution team ever since. Sefton has a degree in Law from the University of Glamorgan and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the University of Northumbria.Â
Sefton is an experienced litigation lawyer with over a decade of experience handling a range of differing matters in civil litigation. Sefton is an able and apt tactical negotiator, handling all types of industrial disease matters ranging from asbestos related claims, mesothelioma claims, HAVS, RSI, CBS, contact dermatitis, noise induced hearing loss claims (NIHL), military claims mainly non-freezing cold injuries, accidents at work claims, personal injury matters in general property disputes, Japanese knotweed claims, breach of franchise agreements, commercial disputes & Windrush compensation claims.
Most recently Sefton secured a multi-million-pound settlement in relation to a catastrophic injury claim. In addition, Sefton also undertakes a wealth of pro bono work within the local communities.
