Simon is Head of Litigation and is based in our London office.
Simon qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2000 and is also admitted to the role of solicitors in the Republic of Ireland (non-practicing).
Simon is an experienced commercial litigator and has dealt with a broad range of cases to include contentious probates, professional negligence, contractual disputes, civil fraud, asset recovery, shareholder disputes, cross border litigation, serious injury and clinical negligence.
For serious injury work Simon was ranked in the 2025 Legal 500 as a “port of call for catastrophic cognitive injuries, polytrauma and fatal claims”.
Simon has a passion for history particularly military history and historic walks.
