Theresa Woodford is a highly experienced Chartered Legal Executive and CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner at Elite Law Solicitors, based at the firm’s Winchester office. She advises first-time buyers, home movers and property investors on residential property transactions across Winchester, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Theresa joined Elite Law in September 2025 and has more than 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Her work combines technical property expertise with a detailed understanding of local processes, planning considerations and the practical issues that can affect property transactions in and around Winchester.

She handles a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let transactions, auction sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, equity release and transfers of equity.
