Victoria qualified in 2015 with a Legal 500 Firm and joined Elite Law in 2022 having worked with other reputable firms in the Surrey area. Victoria had an immediate impact both in relation to heading up a new office and developing the family department and was promoted to Partner in August 2022.

Victoria has a specialist accreditation from Resolution in High Value Financial Remedies and Cohabitation.  Victoria also specialises in digital assets including cryptographic currencies such as Bitcoin and regularly speaks on this subject through seminars, podcasts, and articles.  Victoria has become known as the Crypto Divorce Lawyer within the crypto community.

Victoria is a member of the Cohabitation Committee of Resolution, and has been an integral part of drafting their latest publication of Separation Agreements for Cohabitees.  This guide will be used by family law practitioners nationwide to assist cohabitating parties that are separating.  Victoria is also part of the secretary team for Surrey Resolution, and takes an active role in engaging with the family law community in Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Victoria’s approach is to ensure her clients feel comfortable to discuss their case with her at all times, and she prides herself on providing clients with patience and compassion as well as legal advice.  No challenge is too great, and Victoria ensures that all of her clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
